    Registration closes today for Arteast Ottawa members to participate in the Plein-Air Painting activities at the Canadian Tulip Festival.  The Canadian Tulip Festival is taking place from May 9th through 19th at Dow's Lake.  For more information and to register, please visit our Canadian Tulip Festival page.  There is no fee to participate.
